  • We do offer shipping in our online store through UPS. The maximum length we can ship with this method is 99”, any measurements outside this increment will need to have organized pickup. Details are specified at checkout.
    For larger products, we have references for transport that we can advise in organizing.

  • Our return policy is specific to each product, please inquire for a more specific return policy for each item. Our products that require a 60% deposit are an “all sales are final” policy.

  • Our custom orders are exactly what they are distinguished to be; custom. Even our standard products could be considered custom with how each unique piece of wood that we build them from turn out. To begin the conversation, we do require a clear inspiration image or multiple images, as well as overall dimensions to provide an accurate quote. This will continue the discussion of what material we will be using for your piece depending on the desired outcome. Once the idea is confirmed, we require a 60% deposit to fully render the project. After the approval of a drawing, the project will continue into the stain sample phase. If the stain is not decided at the beginning of the order, we can arrange a stain meeting to view different stains take to your specific wood that has been used for your project.
